i paused halfway through the video to drop out of school, and finally after explaining that i wasn't going to come back in the fall i start watching the video again. now you say "stay in school." how am i supposed to get them to take me back? thanks a lot, guys.

oh, and the whole animation process looks rediculous. it was great the first time, and i'm sure this next one is going to be amazing.

Remind me to ask you guys how you filmed in widescreen if it came out full.

Hey Brian, you should ask us how we shot in widescreen.

Wow. I knew it was intensive work, but I had no idea just exactly how crazy you all are. Excellent work, Adam (Carl Cohen)! (You just have one of those full-name names.)

Also, as an educator, thank you for the reluctant disclaimer, Justin (although I totally thought he was trying to coax you to say "f*#k").

Lastly... whose house was that? And why aren't you helping this poor person by tidying up after yourself?

I have one of those "full-name names" because Adam is an exceptionally popular name, Adam Cohen is an insanely popular name, and Adam Carl Cohen is as unique as a freezingly delicious snowflake.

In the Break A Leg business, you need a unique name to help you stand out of the "normies" - like Yuri Baranovsky. His name results 4 google search results. That's 3 more than acceptable!

Chase Cougar... now that's a name that moans uniqueness. Everyone wants him to die, though. Maybe he knows too much about widescreen conversion, Yuri Baronovsky. No, not that Yuri Baronovsky... the other Yuri Baronovsky!

Yuri "Adam Carl Cohen" Baronovsky

We had to learn stop motion animation in high school. I flew overseas to avoid it.

Watching those vlogs always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy :) You know!? I'm so proud to be a part of BAL!

LOL at Femke's comment...whoever lives there should be embarassed with themselves is all I have to say, except if you're a girl or someone named Martin, in which case I'm so sorry....

The house is Justin, Dashiell and Daniela's apartment -- it's messiness is a tribute to how hard they all work and how little time anyone has to spend to do anything. So, the more stuff you see there, the harder you know we've worked -- for you! All of you!

Oh, and Adam, Yuri Baranovsky isn't my real name. Ironically. Adam Cohen is. What, what, what?!

I really like the black and white art on Dashiell's wall.

And Adam (Carl Cohen), do you keep all the mouths? In seperate little vowel boxes? How many times have you made the "I'll take a vowel" joke?

That apartment is an unmitigated disaster, to be sure, but you should meet the other people who live in the building. Hoo-boy.

omg it was so funny, my friend gave me a bunch of songs that he wanted on a cd for his party tonight, and w/o him knowing i put on the full version of ur theme song, it was so funny, everybody was lookin around like wtf, lol

I keep the little mouths on a small cutting board I use for cutting clay. They stay on the characters with good, clean, and friendly double-sided tape. Said tape helps the mouths stay on the cutting board without disappearing every time I sneeze.

Wheel of Fortune jokes are high up on the quality joke lists. Too bad my humor is stuck between "A monk walks up to a hot dog vendor and says 'Make me one with everything' and "Knock Knock" ["Who's there?] "I eat mop."

Let Adam Cohen Baronovsky have the Wheel of Fortune jokes. He needs to keep his material fresh.

How did I never think of this before? WHO does the VOICES?

June 22, 2008 | Unregistered CommenterFemke

Justin didn't really screw up the recording did he? No, that was probably scripted.
I'm going to be on holiday on june 30 so I'm just going to watch the finale on some foreign library's internet.

June 24, 2008 | Unregistered Commenteripromotecelexa

That actually wasn't staged, Celexa. He really did mess a little thing up and we had to restart -- luckily, it was near the beginning.

Foreign library's are the best place to watch Break a Leg!

Femke -- the voices are:

First Broommation: Daniela (as knife), Dashiell (as broom.

Second Broommation (the song): Vlad and Monica (his wife) who also do the music for the show.

Finale Broommation: Alexis and Daniela playing the knives that look most like them.
