Break a Leg

Hello, Swamblers and Swamblerettes!

Welcome to our lovely new website, a place not unlike Disneyland, minus the furry mascots and bountiful joy. This is the place you will go to read blogs that will make you laugh, Episodes that will complete your uncompleted lives and get information about all that is your favorite independant internet sitcom -- Break a Leg.

So, here's the website. The whole thing is straightforward, simple, and easy-to-use -- this was exactly the intent. It was created by For Your Imagination, the marketing company that will be chiefly responsible for us getting on, oh, let's say HBO. A very specific thank you goes to FYI's Alec Pollak -- who spent many frustrating hours not only making sure the website looked good and worked with every browser (a task not unlike stabbing yourself in the eye for 40 hours), but who also spent a good amount of hours listening to the production team (all of us) tell him things like, "It needs more balance. Maybe add a pencil? Something's wrong, I'm not sure what it is... so, pencil?"

Thanks, Alec.

A few things will be updated as the days and weeks pass. The upper navigational bar with the main characters will become animated sometime in August. They will animate, they may talk, they may do things you'd never expect a nav bar to do -- so watch for that. We'd also love to hear what you guys think. You can do this on the message board (we have message boards!) or leave a comment here. Just let us know what you think and let us know what you'd like to see changed or done differently.

Finally, we've got a minisode out! Called, "David's Bad Day" -- it takes place a week before the events of Episode 1 and it shows how everyone's favorite neurotic hero, David Penn, got into the half-crazed world that is Los Angeles. I hope you like it! Make sure to leave us comments on the video (you can do that too now, yay!) and tell us what you think!

Thanks, guys. Hope you like the new site and new video -- we've stayed up many nights making it look just right -- just for you.

Enjoy!
